♥When will my package ship?
The processing time for stickers and other items that I have ready in stock is 2-7 business days. Handmade to order items will have their own time listed in the description.
Pre-order items work differently though. If you order multiple items with a preorder, all items will be shipped together. When purchasing pre order items you confirm that you understand
♥Are stickers sent by tracked mail?
No, all stickers are sent by untracked lettermail. Keychains and other small items being delivered in Canada are also sent by lettermail to keep shipping costs low.
♥What is untracked lettermail?
This is typically the cheapest shipping method. Items are placed in an envelope, stamped then shipped. If you choose to ship stickers, keychains or other small items by lettermail you understand that there is a chance your items could get lost and assume responsibility.
Upgraded domestic (Canadian) tracked shipping is availible. Just add the tracked shipping upgrade listing to your cart and checkout with your other items. When your order ships you will receive your tracking number.
I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages even if they are tracked.

♥What is your order cancellation policy?
All orders are final so make sure to double check your order to ensure your shipping, credit card, and order info is correct! You will have 2 hours to cancel your order before you are flagged.
If you do cancel after 2 hours your account will be flagged and you will no longer be able to purchase from my shop.
If there is an issue regarding sizing, quantity, style, etc please contact me and we will fix the issue without any penalties!
